Allego GmbH, is a subsidiary of the biggest Dutch energy infrastructure company, Alliander N.V., and a leading CPO (Charge Point Operator) which has significant expertise in e-mobility, including the creation of a network of multi standard fast chargers throughout The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Allego was also awarded by several municipalities in the Netherlands and Germany, such as the Federal State of Berlin to deploy EV charging outlets (mainly AC chargers) for urban transportation. The main focus of the company is the operation of a reliable network of both AC- and DC charging equipment for Electric Vehicles and to allow EV charging to any driver of an electric vehicle by entering into contracts with all Mobility Service Providers in Europe. SMATRICS, a joint venture between VERBUND, OMV and Siemens, is a leading provider of electric mobility services and is the first and only provider to operate a nationwide charging network in Austria. All the electricity for the high-speed charging network – with 400 charging points within a radius of around 60 km – comes from Austrian hydropower. SMATRICS offers all users barrier-free access to the network via smartphone and credit card, flexible payment models, and user-oriented services such as a mobile app and a 24/7 customer hotline. The range of services also includes tailor-made charging solutions for companies, their employees, customers, and guests.
